My Mother died early last month and I am grieving her loss.

Getting Angry Somewhat Helpful

Sometimes getting a little angry relieved the grief and stress but it is not something I do much. More on the subdued side.

Helping Others Somewhat Helpful

Writing posts and trying to be helpful to others relieves some of the grief. My hope is that my past experience will help others. I will just have to go this road yet another time. Nobody ever promised me a rose garden in life.

Talking Working / Worked

Not ready to do too much talking on my own loss and I think I already wrote enough about my initial experiences in my earlier posts. Perhaps too much. That's just the way it is now.
