Chiari, nystagmus, seizures & migrane Mood

I have Arnold Chiari Malformation I and had decompression neurosurgery in 2000. This condition is giving me the following symptoms problems currently:

Periodic alternating nystagmus and either partial seizures or complex migrane syndrome

...and more.
