Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionBecause, it would seem I have suffered with depression for most of my life. Although I work and can be very happy I become very depressed quite often . I have expereienced most therapies but find after joining a support group ( university experiment ) which ended,I think I benefit from both receiving and giving support and I suppose being aware that there are others suffering also.

- Celexa Not Working
- Nothing much
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Not Working
- Wasteful of NHS resourses. The Dummies book for CBT is very good - really.
- Effexor Not Working
- Elavil Not Working
- It knocks me out for the whole of the next day.
- Lexapro Not Working
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- Paxil Somewhat Helpful
- I have been using this for approx' six months - it may be helping.
- Positive Thinking Not Working
- It will work but only when not depressed !
- Prozac Not Working
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- Good but almost like a food and I didnt want to become dependant.
