Close Breast Cancer
Stage: IIIB (Any T4)I was diagnosed after finding a lump by chance, have had lumpectomy, followed by mastectomy. Tumour found to be filling breast tissue and 29 nodes positive/vascular invasive. Op was followed by serious infection delaying chemo, then was severely allergic to chemo. Have hopefully now found a new one which I am about to start. Fingers crossed.
Treatments
- Abraxane Too Soon to Tell
- About to begin treatment with this drug in 3 days time after Taxotere gave me a bad reaction.
- Herceptin Too Soon to Tell
- I am having Herceptin every 21 days with my chemotherapy.
- Taxotere Not Working
- Had to abandon treatment with this as I had a serious allergic reaction just a few minutes into infusion.
