where did tuesday go??? Mood

Where did tuesaday go??i remember getting out of bed having a blinding headache within minutes getting put back into bed by my exhausted husband the next i new it was wednesday 8am.This was to say at the least a bizzare experience ,i mean i have headaches before i was put on dostinex i had severe headaches i could not even go outside if the sun was out but this one was different.I have a theory its hormonal but i guess i wont know that till my next appointment either.

I guess the thing that distresses me the most is my son who is 4 knows there is something wrong i have tried desperatly to hide it from my kids, they are so young and innocent, but for the last couple of months normal life has not been normal for them.

The simple things like going to the park, shopping or somewhere special it just never seems to work out ,the day i feel good i dont have the car or the day we organise something i am a mess and i pretend i am fine...

Its funny i have pretended more then ever that i am ok and things are just the same-who am i fooling my house is a mess my yard a mess ,cooking a healthy meal or even grocery shopping is too hard most of the time..

and now my positive spinn-it could be worse i am lucky to have this...

Low energy and weakness is a symptom of our illness. It's tough. You may be getting too much of the medication...quite seriously.

It's an Ergot derivative and it binds to the Dopamine receptors in the vagus nerve...and blocks a portion of the stimulation pathway to the adrenal glands on your kidneys.

From that, coupled with other factors, and your blood pressure can bottom out and you will feel like you are going to faint.

This is a sure sign of getting too much of the medication.
