thanks so much for reading and commenting me. It does give me hope to talk to other people who have children and have the problems i do. i really just needed to get all of that off of my chest. i didnt want to let it build up and then deal with a breakdown later. i know i may decide something different later on because life changes and along with it, we do but yeah. we shall see what happens. :) thanks again.

Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI've suffered from depression since a child, grew up in abusive households, has always had a hard life, have tried therapy several times all they want me to do is talk I need coping skills.
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Not Working
- I need input and coping skills wasn't getting either
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- They think I can just get over it, if i could i would
- Zoloft Somewhat Helpful
- Keeps me from being as moody
Close Breakups & Divorce
going through marriage ending, he left for another woman but still pays my bills and now has to work two full time jobs as all our married life i work a seasonal job and have several chronic illnesses, he does more now than when we were together, our sons are 20 and 18 yrs. old, he's involved in both schools, never before, he don't complain about what he has to pay, he always did when he was here, I ain't understanding his angle.
Treatments
- Forgiveness Working / Worked
- I had to forgive him in order to heal myself, as i suffer from depression for years, this time i sought help from therapy and God!
- Support Groups Working / Worked
- Not till i found daily strength, people here really understand and don't judge you, and i get to help others as well.
