  iam glad to hear you are not on oxygen .and yes it is hard to learn to slow down i still do things then get out of breath and think why did i do that lolthis windy weather wont help us either i hate haveing to go out in it.are you on a nebulizer or just inhalers? do you still smoke i do i have tryed to give up but nothing has worked for me i know i should give up but i cant .its nice to have someone to talk to about this awfull illness.well thanks for getting back to me please write again when you get time lily x

  thank you for getting back to me and yes there is days i feel like 90 lol but we just have to get on with it .are ou on oxygen or anything.if there is anything you want to know i will try and help as my mum and my sister had the same thing it just runs in my family.i hate it when you get a chest infection and you cant do half the things you are used to doing .anyway cant wait to hear from you again if you get the time.LILY
