      I'm a single mom of two beautiful kid's.I have had 33 operations, and still need more to fix me.I have a J-Tube(feeding tube) in my stomach.All my illness's are stomach related, and they keep me in the bed alot.I live day to day never knowing what will happen.My mom has been the best she is a great help.With all of these problem's i'm still a pretty happy person, and i'm thankful just being here.I suffer from IBS, Diverticulitus, Barrett's esophogus, Kidney cyst, Interstitial Cystitus, Adhesion's, Aneimia, Insomnia, Chronic Urinarytract Infections, Ovary cyst, Bowel Blockages, Cancer Cells, Malnutrition, Malabsorption, Ulcer's, and have a J-Tube(feeding tube).I'm on bed rest most of the time.Difficulty walking, and back pain.

    • Close Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)

      I would like to be able to talk to people with the same problem's as i have.Also to find out what other's have done to help with IBS.

      Treatments

      Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
      I have a J-Tube(feeding tube)now.Whenever i do or did eat i would do the clear liquid or bland diet,and it helped alot.
      Colace Somewhat Helpful
      Sometimes if i take oc it works,but other times it takes a few day's even with meds.I'm either going to much or not at all.I'm never normal.
      Lomotil Somewhat Helpful
      Just like the lax it may work,but makes my pain worse most of the time.

    • Close Interstitial Cystitis (IC)

      To meet others that have IC,and find out what has helped them get through this painful disease.

      Treatments

      Bladder Distention Working / Worked
      Whenever i have this done i have to be put under,and they dialate my uretha too.It does seem to help alot though.
      Bladder Instillation Somewhat Helpful
      I have had several DMSO'S,and it work's for awile.Then again at times it makes it worse.
      Pyridium Working / Worked
      I have used this alot,but it makes me vomit everytime.I guess because i'm on so much other med's.

    • Open Kidney Stones

      I have had stones several times.I also have alot of cyst in my left kidney,and i would like to know what has helped others.

    • Open Bedrest

      Talk to others that have to on bedrest.

    • Open GERD & Heartburn

      To meet other's with GERD or Barrett's esophogus.

      Treatments

      Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
      I'm on a feeding tube now.Before i developed barretts i avoided fried foods.
      Pepcid Working / Worked
      helps
      Prilosec Working / Worked
      helps.
      Raising Bed Position Working / Worked
      Even now that i'm on a feeding tube i have to be at a 30 degree angle,and it helps.

      To get answers.
