I'm a 40 year old mom. I have two children one is a 13 year old boy, and has Autism, the other is a girl 2 years old. My children are half Native American. My hubby is full blooded Native. We recently moved to California from Florida. We are both musicians and write our own music. Unfortunately, the Lupus symptoms have put a huge damper on that stuff lately. I sing also, write songs, and fictional stories, and I love to cook when I'm feeling good.

I have come to this site, because I really need some support. You see I'm still currently trying to get the diagnosis, however the doctors have now noted that I have a rash across my cheeks and nose, that looks like it could be a Lupus rash. I have been suffering a very long time, but it hadn't become so severe until recently, after having my second child. I now suffer with symptoms pretty much every week, and they are much worse then before.
