Moment of Peace
Hugs! How are you doing? No updates in a while so I thought I would just check in and say hello. Read any new good books? I am reading The Lost Symbol (still) by Dan Brown. Been so busy, taking me longer to read than normal. My next book (CANNOT WAIT) is The Christmas Dog. So gotta push myself to finish this book so I can read the new one in time for Christmas! Take care!

I am Proud of your sucess....Keep up the good work, I have been eating wraps, granola, yogurt, and celery.....more chicken and turkey, less red meat..and more fiber and protein......Go Girl!! You will meet your goals..but, enjoy the road that takes you there!

Treatments
- Eating Healthier Foods Working / Worked
- I have cut out a lot of fast food and have started eating healthier. Like salads and cutting out the junk foods.
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- Somethings this sucks! I eat less and sometimes am ok with it and sometimes I am still hungry.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- I love working out at the gym. It's that simple.
Close Depression
I decided to join the depression support group because my family has a history of depression and I battle it as well.
Treatments
- Lexapro Working / Worked
- I took lexapro for about a year and I found that within a week of taking it that I felt much better. More..stable. The only thing I didn't like was I was slightly more tired.
- Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked
- I can not afford Lexapro anymore so I have come to depend on friends for their support and I find it is just as good.
Open Fitness Goals
Because I am trying to reach my goal of losing weight and becoming fit.
