About Me

My name is Lynette and I guees I should start at the begining. On October 5, 1989 me and my twin brother were left at a church. Not even a day old yet. They took us in and one of the members raised us. After finding out at the age of 12 what really happend my brother and I found different ways to handle the abandonement of our mother. He started drinking and doing drugs and me well I dove headlong into school work working my tail off to keep my gpa at a 3.5 or better. At the age of sixteen I was diagnosed with asthma and diabetes which also turned my attention to healthiness in my senior year of high school. I graduated and am now taking a pre med course with my majors being Early Childhood Developement and English Lit. I lost Andrew my brother about a month after I met Mike, now my fiance. He was high and drunk and driving. He crashed taking with him a family of four. No one survived. Without Mike there with me that day when I identified Andrews body I probably wouldnt have survived cause i felt abandoned all over again. He just let me cry and cry and cry. Mike took me home and made me dinner, hot tea and rubbed my feat. All this before we even started dating. He asked me to marry him and I said yes. I couldnt set the date for about three months but now we have a date set. On July 15, 2010 we will be married. I am scarred and I dont know why.
