About Me
I am 29 years old. I had a tree fall on me in 2003 causing me Fibromyalgia, low back pain, migraines, chronic pain, depression, anxiety, Gastroparesis and IBS. I volunteer for the American Chronic Pain Association and am the Michigan Regional Director. My family and small group of friends have been my support along with my 8 yr. old Chocolate Lab.

Hey friend! I'm sorry that I haven't been much a friend to you so far. Things have been really crazy in my life lately..and I think they are about to get even more crazy. Close Fibromyalgia
I was dx with Fibro in 2003 along with low back problems and other health problems.
Treatments
- Aqua Therapy Working / Worked
- Water always is a great relief, though it has to be warm!
- Cyclobenzaprine Working / Worked
- quit working after being on it for long period of time
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- Works great for my muscle stiffness!
- Duragesic Patch Working / Worked
- hard time remembering when to change it
- Heat Working / Worked
- My lifeline!
- Lyrica Working / Worked
- Again, worked like a miracle but insurance quit paying for it after a few months
- Morphine Working / Worked
- works well, the longacting and shortacting for breakthrough pain
- Neurontin Not Working
- TENS Working / Worked
- just kind of a pain but it does provide some back relief
- Zanaflex Working / Worked
- worked but insurance quit paying for it so had to go on Baclofen
- Baclofen Working / Worked
- drowsiness
