Hello, my name is charlie and i am 47 wow did i say that?I have had 11 operations on my right hand ending with a plate and 8 screws and i am unable to bend my hand and all that comes with that.I used to be a good bowler,i tought karate for a while and i was a weight lifter also.It all changed after my last operation.I am into amature radio now and loving it.I still have tons to learn about it.I am waiting to hear about a job since ive been off work for 9 months.I hope to meet nice people here.

Close Chronic Pain
I have had 11 operations on my right hand and elbow.I now have a plate and 8 screws in my hand and no wrist joint.Of course this stops me from doing things i used to and i have bad depresion now.My main concern is that people dont understand that if i dont take the pain meds i just have so so so much pain,and they think that why not take a tylonal.Its very frustrating and dont they think id rather not take it.Im going nuts with what to do.I tried to stop it but it just hurts more than they know.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Working / Worked
- Its helped pretty well wit my depresion
- Heat Working / Worked
- works somewhat in the cold weather.
- Methadone Not Working
- Gave me the hic cupps,for days
- Morphine Working / Worked
- Im taking it now and its working.
- Oxycodone Working / Worked
- worked for awhile then i was taking to much and the doctor put me on the morphine
- TENS Not Working
