Diagnosed with a hiatal hernia in 2006.

- positive thinking and excercise with DGL licorice tabs helped me overcome my bloating symptoms from my Hiatal Hernia. If you have no difficulty swallowing the DGL Licorice tabs work to relieve the bloat. You chew them to a liquid and slowly swallow it. I cannot eat them anymore because a week ago I started having difficulty swallowing. I will be going for another Endoscopy in a few weeks. Ice cold drinks have messed me up this time making my esophagus swollen and probably narrowing it again
