I tried avoiding carbs. As a pasta junkie, that totally didn't last.

LA Weight Loss Somewhat Helpful

I did work, but they wanted me to come weigh in 3 times a week and I was having a hard time making it in once because the office wasn't convenient and I work full-time and have a family and home to take care of. Also, it was expensive.

Physical Exercise Considering

I've tried this numerous times in the past, but quit after a few days.

Slim-Fast Not Working

The shake is good for breakfast, but it wasn't enough to fill me up at lunch.
