Thanks for being understanding, I'm glad you didn't take my comments in the wrong way. Good news your GP has arranged some therapy for you. With regards to your fiance, try not to shut him out, you need each other right now. And from my experience when I've shut my husband out it makes him feel more upset. Lol to you both xxx

- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- I am currently in therapy which is an 18 month commitment and I am halfway through and it is really helping. I am part of a group of 18 people and being around other people with similar experiences is really beneficial and makes me feel less alone. I would recommend group therapy to anyone.
