Close HPV

I just found out that I'm HPV positive w/ a normal PAP smear (thanks for small favors) and am trying NOT to freak out and let my imagination run wild!! My gyno office has been very supportive ( answering /returning calls for the last couple of days to answer questions).I was terrified to tell my hubby ( how do you tell someone that?) but he was amazing and supportive (didn't get upset even though I've been holding this info to myself for a couple of days). I've started taking my multi, folic acid, and l-lysine. so now I'm trying to remain calm (no stress) ..but worried that kissing my kids will infect them or anyone else.. need support to help me not feel like my life is over..
