its no fun is it I have a traumatic brain injury and my short term memory is in need of help but am on a medication called aricept to help memory difficulties I think it is used with people with demensure (I think thats how its spelt) send me a message if I can help in any way or just say hi

Close Brain Injury
In 2006 I was in my Pt Cruiser. I was at a stop sign when I was rearended by a F550 commercial truck going at 65mph. I have no memory of the accident I was cut from my car, flown to a hospital now relearning to live life again. Ive relearned to walk talk my thinking is a bit wobbely getting better. I have short term memory I find I do or say funny things I've never done before. I don't know what I have forgotten until I remember it or have troubles with something.Im getting to know the new me.
