Hi Mar. I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend, your grandmother's fall, and your other friend's surgery. I know this all must be terribly hard for you but try not to stress out too much about what you cannot control. Try and hang in there and know that you are in my thoughts. - Had two in my neck for herniated disc it did not work. Also got put on steroids and that helped for two weeks while I was on it.
