Good morning PumpkinPatch,
I think I understand how you feel. Awhile back, I owned a body-shop, then added a car lot, then against my better judgment (ex-idiot's idea) expanded even more. Anyway, I loved being a business owner, but not so much with the ex and it all took a terrible toll on my health. I sold everything and moved to Texas (that's where I left the ex, lol). Now, I have a new hubby, a new outlook, my little graphic design gig, and I am hoping to be someone else's employee on the side. Life is good.
I mean no disrespect by this, but "Brain Fog" is one of the many symptoms of peri-menopause.
Hang in there things will improve and your employees will understand.
Thanks
Thank-you for your reply to my middle school post. I think the system you described sounds wonderful. I wish the school districts around here could understnd that putting a 6th grader in middle school doesn't automatically make them ready for the responsibility. I find there is no support.... the R forms sound like a good way to encourage responsibility and parental communication. Thank-you for sharing, I don't feel ike I am being over controlling now!
