My name is Rach, im 24, and im a Hairdresser!, i am married to my best friend, Spencer, he is my world, I pretty much have the perfect life, except for one thing... i am a cutter. i have cut myself since i was eleven years old, it isnt something im proud of, but something i struggle with everyday, i have had a rough childhood with a verbally abusive mother. i just want to find a happy medium so i can move on with my life.

Close Self-Injury
I have struggled with si since i was 11 i am 24 now, it helps to talk to others that understand, i am just looking for emotional support
Treatments
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- ive been in counceling since i was 15, it helps alot, but isnt a cure.
- Red Marker Working / Worked
- i use red marker, Kool aid, bathtub crayons to write my feelings out, and then erase them, this helps to see the color red,
- Rubber Bands Working / Worked
- this doesnt work for me, bc i snap too hard and leave welps
- Squeezing Ice Working / Worked
- this works ok, bc the sensation of pain is good with this
- Cymbalta Somewhat Helpful
- i am currently on cymbalta it seems to help but not as much as i would like it to.
