      If you're not comfortable going to the casino alone.......then don't go there. When you make it to a GA meeting, someone there will be happy to go to the casino with you to act as a chaperone while you self exclude yourself.
      For now, I'll suggest that you find out where and when your local GA meeting is. You'll go when you're ready. ........and keep coming back here every day, if you can........ don't try to do it all alone.
