About Me
I am a mom to 2 children, a son 29 years old, and a daughter 22 years old. They both still live at home. My daughter came back last fall after her Navy husband beat her in front of my 2 year old granddaughter. My husband is wonderful and we have been married for 30 years. I work in a school working with special needs children. I have suffered with depression practically all my life, but was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after being hospitalized last winter after a major depression crisis.

Close Bipolar Disorder
Having a tough times somedays dealing with bizarre behavior and people not knowing why I do.
Treatments
- Celexa Working / Worked
- doctor increased my celexa Friday after having a crying jag at work on Thursday and staying home on Friday and sleeping all day until Saturday. Celexa usually works o.k. for me until Thursday
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- Seems to be working o.k. still had some mania at beginning of summer, but doctor doubled dose to 200 mg a day and mania is better now
