- it's been very helpful. Seems to ease the fatigue, and helps with anxiety/depression

- I walk three miles a in the morning on a track at the Y every day i can. I've lost 48 pounds in the last few years and try to stay in shape. i am convinced it's kept my pain from being a lot worse.
