Close Breakups & Divorce

I am a divorced mother of 2. I was in a relationship for a year after not being in one for almost 10 years. I dated but nothing too serious. When we broke up that night it was a very bad and ugly scene. I've made efforts to reconcile but they are uncertain at this time and I have been really going through a very rough time dealing with this breakup. I didn't realize how hard it would be for me, it's consuming me.

It helps a great deal, but they don't really know the other party and sometimes we want answers that even the best trained experts cannot give without knowing the other party that's not in the therapy with you.
