About Me
A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. I like that, so I'll keep it. Time for a re-write as I was being totally random! My name is James, but I prefer my middle name (Richard) which is what I go by at work/socially. I think half the people I know would be suprised that I'm a James! I'm not being secretive, it's just a personal preference. I drive HGV's (Heavy Goods Vehicles) which is great fun, but very demanding. I transport food to ASDA's all over the country from our main depot. My cab is my second home. I have been smoking for 21 years and I've had enough of it. I know that it's destroying me both physically and financially, so it's time to take control again.

thanks for the random hug! good luck with the smoking cessation. My mom was a heavy smoker, very addicted, 1+ pack/day for 30 something years. She quit 19 years ago cold turkey. The first two weeks were hell but she got trhough it and hasn't smoked since.
