Oh sweetie, I'm so very sorry. Sit down, rest, and try to find something to occupy your mind, (T.V., or knitting, or whatever) Breathe deeply.
If you have any meds. for pain relief, take them. We are all here for you. You are not alone. I am praying for you now. Joy comes in the morning, and yours is on the way.
