I am so sorry for what you are going through.. You are such a great person to have taken on these responsibilities. And oh how so can I relate to you living in a prison.... My son is 4 and he is so smart there is no lock that he can't figure out. He elopes every chance he gets. weather it is out a window or out the front door. and he has no fear of anything so for the last 2 years we have lived in a prison also with windows and doors locked at all times.. That is until he leaves for school in the mornin the first thing I do is open every window and door in the house.
