It is now December and I have not done anything about bring about bring S.A.B.E into our city. In September, I was luckly enough to go to their national conference in Indianapolis, IN. It was absolute fantastic. There were about 1100 people from 49 states.
When I spoke about bringing the conference into my city, I was booed. The reason is that is not enough accessible hotel rooms and bathrooms in my city.
I guess, I got disgusted and dropped it. I did speak to one person who would like to see the conference here. I will see her tomorrow and talk more about it.
