i will try to be brier .one afternoon my husband had a severe headache and then his ear began to hurt.the  next morning we awoke to find his ear had apparently ruptured..judgung from the large amount of puss and blood on the pillow.and the drainage from his ear.imediatly i rshed him to the nearest hosptial.the er. dr. run no tests said he had a middle era infection gave him a script for amoxiciilin,sent s home.the next day I found my husband uncoincious,arms tightly drawn up and unresponsive.an ambulance was called ahd they brought him to the nearest hosptal.the same one from the day prior.strapped down eyes shut and growling as well as hyperventilating,my husband was given a drug called narcan.the nurse said he was likley drunk or on drugs.i explained he didn't do drugs ,that he he'd recently quit drinking beer the only alcohol he consumed..and that he was there in the same er with a ruptured ear the day before.they kept insisting his ear had nothing to do with his cindition,and even after rine and blood tests came back negative for anything like that they insistantly injected him 28 times with the drug narcan..finaly i could take no more and threated to do to the nurse what she was doing to my husband if she gave him another shot,as my husband layed there for 12 hours growling..getting worse with each passing minute..they brought him to icu to be intabated when the icu dr.saw him in less than a minute he asked about his ear ruptur the prior day,said mam this man has meningitis,we need to do a spinal tap,and get him on life support or he won't make it.go do it i said the spinaL FLuiD WAS THE CLOUDiEST THE DR.SAID HE had ever seen.my husband spent nearly 3 weeks in a coma fighting for his life.,he now has brain damage and can't be left alone.has panic attacks when he isn't with me every second.double vision vertigo..and our lives have changed forever.his disabiltiy went through first time with no attorney..because of the brain damage.if he hadn't spent 12 hours the second time in the er.if they would have check his head he may be doing differently.i don't understand how the er could get away with this and i don't know what to do next.
