Close Bipolar Disorder
I have bipolar disorder and ADD I am trying new types of therapy. I go to a therapist average of 3 x a month and 99% of the time life is great but every so often I get angry for no reason and hurt people around me, people I love. I need to get under control 100% of the time and don't know what else to do. I am looking for new ideas.
Treatments
- Lamictal Working / Worked
- I think lamictal helps but makes me a little lazy and hard to focus but it could also be my ADD and lamictal counter acts my meds for that
- Wellbutrin Working / Worked
- appears to work but i need more
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- this works well but I get lazy and slack off .
