Type: Loss of a ParentMy mother died in my arms 12/06/06. She was ill with Lupus for many years, and I took care of her. I feel completely lost and alone. Her room is exaclty the way she left it. I haven't dealt with my emotions because I can't. I haven't had time. There is always some crisis coming at me next. In January my grandfather broke his hip, then had a stoke, and 2 weeks ago they put a stent in his neck.This week I had to put my dog(baby) to sleep.

My mother had this illness most of my life. I feel like I've experienced every aspect of this dibilitating disease without actually having it. I know its not the same...but from the perspective of how it influenced our relationship, our family..everything was effected by this terrible disease.
