I haven't been on here for a while, had the blah's for a bit, just didn't have anything to say. I'm feeling better again. Gotta get more cardio workouts in, maybe some running or biking or something. Just been mostly work and little play.
I know things are actually very good, in spite of my sour mood. I had a friend visit from Montana and another visit from Seattle. The Montana friend, well, her visit was interesting. I worked with her for a few years in Missoula and we hung out a lot but never went anywhere romantically. In this employment climate, it is safer to be single than unemployed. But sparks flew a bit this time, kind of nice.
And the house, well I'm still working on it and will be for the foreseeable future. I got some of the nastier bits of work done this weekend. The previous owner had done a lame job of insulating the attic, and hadn't done anything to insulate the floors. So, I bumped up the attic insulation a bit and then spent today in the crawlspace below the house insulating the outside walls. More work yet to be done there, but I got a good start in.
I'll be catching up with folks over the next few days.

I am glad you are feeling better. And the romance thing is nice too. Company can be a very good thing.

I'll bet you're a wonderful host. Sounds like you're really working hard on the house. Good for you...it will come back 10 fold besides the beautiful home you'll be living in!

You know Free - you could make a lot of money upgrading houses and selling them at a profit. Well - maybe not in this current financial situation but when things come back. It sounds like you know a great deal about houses. and I'm with BPstorm - you are missed around here. Good luck with those sparks - you just never know.....she may be the one.

Glad you are back and have beat the blues one more time. Sounds like your remodeling is moving right along. You are some guy with all your many talents. Your right about getting some exersize and allowing some fun time in your schedule. That's an important part of keeping on top of this illness.
This is a bad time of the year for me. I usually get realy down about Halloween and don't pull out of it until after the New Year. This year I have decided to do it differently and stay up. Made it so far. I am moving and that has my attention. Also my meds. have been increased and I am now on lamictal too and it is working out real well.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!
