I love music - old and new. I've always been into design, and also love photography, writing, and the usual stuff...watching movies, being with friends and with my boyfriend. I also love shopping and clothes a bit too much -desperately need to pay off my credit card :S I like to get to the gym when I can....which is not much lol. Hi Emily, I have those days, too. Try not to let it get to you. You aren't alone. Valentine's Day is a hard one when you don't have a really good relationship. Oh, what the heck, it is just another day, right? Still, I think it magnifies things a bit. As for the guy , if he really likes you he will be back , if not, well, then it isn't much of a loss, right? You are young and beautiful, you have so much time to find the right person to share your life. Don't be in a rush. Take care of yourself, and if you don't feel better soon, give the doctor a call and see if you can get something mild to take the edge off the anxiety. But realize we all go through the insecurities and fears of living, it isn't easy sometimes, but that is what makes life interesting. Try to think positively, and keep your chin up, Em. - was on yasmin which regulated my periods. had to be taken off it though as started to get high blood pressure

I'm definitely not as shy as I was when i was younger..and people are surprised when i say i am.. but recently the more depressed i feel the shyer i am around people i dont know that well.

When I'm cold my hands and feet go purple.

- Does work, just forgot to take it, now don't take it at all. Sorts out your circulation.
Open Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
i just get really bloated after eating pasta, bread, potatoes etc. gets worse when im stressed.. at its worst i get really bad pains in my stomach.

- avoiding wheat and gluten at the moment... has made a BIG difference
- Mebeverine Working / Worked
- this works but forget to take it 20mins before i eat

i've lost so much of my confidence. sometimes i get so anxious just before im about to go out the house..if its really bad feels like i can't breathe. sometimes have to leave in the middle of a social situation. have anxiety about going into uni too.
