  I am lucky in a sense I only have 2 doctors one primary and rheumatologist ..it can be overwhelming when faced with doctors appointments I have helped empower myseld to a degree by reading allabout this "life changin disease" **A doctor shared with me"auto immune disease have no cure whcihc can leave you hopeless and defested"even aid has treatments that are a cure to a degree" It's always so trying when you have a good day and then kaboom it's back again even stronger.."very humbling" Hugs
