I too am an emotional eater... so I understand what you are going through. It is very hard but we gotta keep trying for our health. I haven't been doing that great myself but I am trying to be positive. If you ever wanna chat... I am here.
I'm very overweight, and unhappy about it. I'm what people call an "emotional eater". I comfort myself with food, when I'm unhappy, sad, lonely, or angry. I have the feeling I need to start loosing weight now, or I will never be able to loose it. Now or never!
I tend to overeat, when I'm alone at home. I don't seem to be able to stop when I'm full. I don't really like vegetables, and crave everything with high fat, pastries, and fried foods. I want to stop, but I don't know how.
