tomorrow i am meeting with someone at the local mental health center. i don't know about this. i have a therapist, but if i go there i may have to not see her anymore. i think it is the only way to get a psychiatrist (this place) though. but im scared of most meds. i guess i will see tomorrow. my depression has been spiraling.
