I made really bad mistakes and I have been through so much. I may have some advice to share based on my own personal experiences and the experiences of my friends and family.

Treatments

Couples Counseling Working / Worked

For myself it didnt work because at the time I just wasn't ready. If I would've known then what I know now I really would've stuck with it.

Forgiveness Working / Worked

I have asked for forgiveness from all of those that I have hurt and I have also forgiven some of those that have hurt me. In the end I am able to walk with a smile on my face and my head held high because I no longer need to carry the burden of being unforgiven.

Leave Working / Worked

Leaving is a good thing when you are leaving for the right reasons.. Leaving is such an ambigous word.. Where are you going and why should always be asked and answered. Never leave on bad terms.

Love Working / Worked

I have had one true love and one love in progress. The true love left me and I have gone through the grieving process at my own pace. The relationship that im in now is still in the works because there have been many bumps in the road. Normalcy is something that I have never had and now it is being offered. I am trying to accept it but it can be difficult.

Music Working / Worked

Music opens the ears and eyes to something colorful. Music brings out emotions and memories sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad. Either way it is good to hear so you wont have to hear your own thoughts if that is why you are listening

Psychotherapy Working / Worked

Therapy works if it is used wisely.

Support from Friends & Family Working / Worked

I love my family and friends. They are my strongest supporters.

Support Groups Too Soon to Tell

I have never been apart of a support group so I cant say if it is good or bad. What I can say is that it doesnt hurt!

Talking, talking, talking.... without talking how would anything work?
