Close Breakups & Divorce

The last five years have been horrible. I suspected my husband was cheating but of course he wouldn't admit it. Feb.'08 he received a text msg that answered all my questions. I was using his phone at the time the msg came in. We went to counseling, he didn't feel he had a problem. He disliked the counselors because he thought they were on my side. I asked him to leave but he refused. I left him, the house and all assets in Jan.09.I will file for divorce as soon as the law permits.
