- Positive Thinking Working / Worked
- Prozac Working / Worked
- Psychotherapy Working / Worked
- Zoloft Working / Worked
- The meds may have helped but cost is overriding factor in decision to take that and the requirement of regular dr. appts. Have been up and down this roller coaster ride of depression for 20+ years. Bipolar? maybe. double systemic depressive.. probably. I have always been able to pull myself by forcing acitivity caring for children positive thinking.. more like the power of having responsibilities. So far it has been working.. until recently. This time I cannot seem to crawl out of the mire.
