Due to my husband's fractured vertebrate I decided to learn how to treat him with Pilates exercises and started a proper Pilates Teacher Training course. "discovered" a new world. Also I realised that is important is to do every single movement correct in an exercise. This is difficult to achieve in a group class. Now my mission is to "propagate" the importance of a properly trained Pilates Teacher and one to one pilates class especially when people have back problems/
