Hi welcome to the group. I know exactly how you feel. I don't know how I'd handle it if I had children. It's so hard to feel better even if you were alone. Have you gone to see a professional Dr and therapist? You need to be on medications that will help you get through everyday. If you have any questions or want to talk let me know. I have been depressed for years and am still but a vitamin regiment plus my medications I take for depression seem to help.

Hello!Am,Hi, my friend call me .peggi.welcome.I have anxiety disorder.and bone thinning .and going blind if see any word missing that's the reason.and when get tried I see funny.lol.u have fun with the fact your going blind.So I'm hoping spent here the people r very nice.oh I forgot my daughter is grown up she 36 year old and I grandson who's is my heart .and my kitties .well there not baby baby .there older.Samantha (missy for short ) and somoney which keep me company .we r sending u big hug.peggi& missy & simoney

Hi AM, what ever you do don't give up, help IS on it's way. I think I would try another physic...10 months. WTH, that is not acceptable. You joined a good site, there are a lot of really nice people hear to talk to, or you can just journal how you feel. Welcome and I hope you day is better. Naomi xo

Close Depression
Type: Clinical (Major) DepressionI am just so depressed and don't know how to get past it. I can't figure out why I should live, I mean what am I here for. I can't get my mind to stop, its my worst enemy.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Not Working
- It put me in the hospital, they thought I was having a heartattack at the age of 24.
- Lexapro Somewhat Helpful
- I was on this with wellbutrin and it worked for over 4 years then it just kinda stopped working for me.
- Meditation Somewhat Helpful
- I tried this for a little while and was helpful
- Positive Thinking Somewhat Helpful
- Works if I could only keep the positive thinking going
- Prozac Too Soon to Tell
- I've only been on it for about 1 1/2 months, still haveing bad thoughts.
- Psychotherapy Somewhat Helpful
- I am going thru a life couch right now, and it is helping some.
- Seroquel Working / Worked
- I used this for sleeping and it did work, but made me gain weight.
- Support from Friends & Family Somewhat Helpful
- My husband always supports me, he's the only one.
- Trazodone Not Working
- Only made me light headed and dizzy
- Wellbutrin Somewhat Helpful
- I used for 4 years and it worked along with lexapro then all of a sudden stopped working
- Writing Somewhat Helpful
- I tried this for a while and did help.
- Zoloft Not Working
- Tried it for short time didn't see any results
