  Thanks for the nice words. Yes, it is quite an eye opener when we take all that we know about ourselves and 'put it on' someone we care about. We need to be as good and accepting of ourselves as we would be with our loved ones. That's a lesson I learned a very long time ago and I think it's a great tool when we get so down on ourselves.
