I'm at 192 again.
MOST of it is hormonal. A bit of it is being sick, and some of it is being lazy.
I'm okay with that, actually. I'm being compassionate with myself. Probably for the first time. I am acknowledging that I am sick right now, and thus cannot reasonably be out running. I've been hibernating for the past two to three weeks in my room because I'm so dang ill, coming out to eat and drink tons of fluids, and then disappearing again to sleep. I feel like a bear, really. One with a stuffy nose and cough and sore throat. Yuck.
However! I know this is coming to an end... I don't feel nearly as bad as I did even a few days ago... although the headache is annoying. Three days of a headache? Really? (guh.)
We'll see how I do when the ick goes away and I can start doing things again!
