I'm sorry to read you're feeling horrible today. You must bed going through a very bad flare. The one thing that helps me get through them is to know that they won't last forever.

I think it's a good thing to write down how you feel and what you are going thru, I try to cuz then mabe I will see an unhealthy habit that I can try to correct or if I am trying something new I can hopefully figure out the right things that I do?
