      Hi Valph - I also have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety has at times totally ruined my life. Am on zoloft for treatment which helps. Now it seems my bp is the problem, which I am sure is related to the anxiety. I feel guilty for putting myself through all this stress which has affected my health. But I guess that is assuming I can control the stress, which I cannot. What are your thoughts on this, anxiety disorder and bp management? Thanks.
