    • Close Depression

Mononucleosis in 1977. Bad stress often triggers arthritic symptoms. If continuous stress, a minor trivial injury near a joint will inflame and swell for protection, and is usually coupled with splotchy red rash head to toe. There may be a year or two between episodes. If I remember to take Allegra it may quell the arthritic symptoms. So I minimize bad stress as much as possible, eat healthy and exercise, but not always possible and the screwed up immune system from mononucleosis was the cause.
