Welcome to DS. I also look "well" and it can be a problem when the inside and outside don't match! I have been doing very well lately. I found an excellent pain doc here in Chicago. I also found out a few other things that were contributing to the problem, especially a very low vit D level. I hope things improve for you. This is a great website because lots of people will know where you're coming from!
