  I had the same issues with Seroquel and weight gain.
  I talked it over with my doc and she tried me on Lamictal and Abilify ( both are weight neutral) and they work like a charm. Try talking to your doc about possibly trying them instead of Seroquel.

  I feel that "empty" feeling also and I am a mother of 5 with lots of people around me. It is scary, but I am hoping it will pass. It helps me to read my Bible.
