About Me
I'm a 55 year old female unemployed artist. Love Nature, Art, Pets, My Family ..... My mom was just diagnosed with Lung Cancer and a small tumor on her liver. September 30th she fell and broke her femur! She's in the hospital right now recovering after surgery. Mom was moved to a nursing home and is making progress everyday. My Brother and his family are with her as well as my sister. I will be going 'HOME' soon to spend as much time there with her as I want.

I am so sorry to here that. Here I am complaining cause my mom is in oklahoma and im in texas and that is about 5 hours for me, and your 3,000 miles from yours. I will most definatly keep you guys in our prayers. Thank you for the advice, it really means alot.

Close Lung Cancer
My 88 year old mother was just diagnosed with terminal Lung Cancer and also has a small tumor on her liver. Her doctor said that there is nothing that they can do for her as she's underweight and "old". He said that she couldn't handle any treatment. I'm scared as to what to expect as far as her last days. She lives in Upstate NY, and I'm in California. I want to go to NY as soon as I can!
